Vision and proper planning, makes scalable solutions

Proven leader and technical guru. I have worked most of my adult life in the telemarketing industry. Starting off as a sales agents moving my way up. By the age of 20 I was give my own center to manage. We set the bar for other centers in the network and soon got promoted to VP overseeing and duplicating my practices to 5 centers. I transitioned to the parent company to create and develop their workforce management department outbound operations and central dialers but also scheduling and furcating and real-time support. At that time I started to run into reporting needs and found the reporting department to be a bottle neck doe our real time needs. I got mentored by the reporting team how to pull SQL queries and I found my passion and excelled at learning this new skill. I left this company to run the command center for an education company teach the team to properly manage, scrub and reuse and resell their data. At this time I started learning .Net, PHP and other languages to create custom tools and aid in reporting. I did this for a few years and due to their change to focus on enrollment went with another company doing the similar task. Soon after starting there one of the owners started up a data company. This is where I currently work. We have grown the company and the database to cover most every vertical and nearly 700 million records and I continue to develop a LMS system and CRM as well as do freelance work with dialer installs\deployments and other software engineering and consulting in our even changing industry.
